I called their number (800-888-1861) at 4:23 pm EDT on a weekday (just now). An automated voice welcomes me. If I know the extension I want, I am to dial it; otherwise, if I want the operator, I am to press "0". I press "0". "Thank you for calling. Good-bye!" :-0 ?!?!?!?!?!?! You may want the operator....but you can't talk to them. Hahaha. Honestly though, how frustrating is that?
Just called to tell the operator that they will soon be getting lots of calls to check on this post. She knows. We had a good laugh. Well, looks like folks like me will shut down their switch board. Perhaps, the next time a caller will try again before posting.
Well what time if day did you call? They are on Mountain time you're on right coast time....so that's huge difference in time....you probably woke them up ...heck I hang up on you too! And it would not be a Thank you involved either....
Ask them when they are going to get better slabs. I just really dislike those yellow or blue inserts. But at least those are easy to crack slabs.
It sounds like it could be an issue with their phone system. I talked to them yesterday @ 6:45pm edt. Our office phones do something similar sometimes. IP phone systems are great...when they work properly.
Well i didnt have any issues getting through to the operator. She said how may i help you and i said; "hey baby can i get yer phone # ?" She said; you already have it-YOU CALLED ME!!! I said; oh yea, i guess yer right! At the end of the 20 second conversation she said; call back again if you have any questions. Bam !!! Score 1 fer the white boy !!! She's digging me, i can feeeeel it...Ima gonna ask for her twitter & instagram handle tommorow when i call ! I guess u could say, things are gettin pretty serious
They would see quarterly profits like no other quarter in their history if they switched back to the hotel soap slabs. Why they even replaced them is beyond me.
