Selling Coins/Bills Below Face Value?

    Don't knock Canadian coins! I put a Canadian quarter into one of those penny smashing machines and it worked! (hope I don't get carted away by the Secret Service now...)
    To be fair, the change machine right next to the penny machine gave me the Canadian quarter to begin with so I felt justified

    I got these metal detecting. Did it cost a Canadian quarter to smash the penny, or did you have to put 2 quarters in?
