post mint error??????

    1983 -D the L in Liberty looks like
    ( l ) with a loop you can kinda see the line that is suppose to be there but no other marks suggesting it was scraped off. Can I get some help on this please

    It can't be an error if it's post mint (post mint means after it left the mint)

    It looks to be a Grease Filled Die error. Incomplete letter L.
