1942 S Double Die Mercury?? Ever seen one?

    My hobby is metal detecting and I recently found a 1942 S Mercury dime that has a doubled date. I will try to post pictures of it below. I'm new to this forum so I hope it works.
    Has anyone ever seen one before and do you have any idea of the aproximate value?

    The flat shelf-like doubling indicates machine doubling. Still interesting because it is so doubled.
