Fake PCGS Slab

    Looks like a VERY real looking PCGS slab turned up on eBay, but the cert number is invalid.
    The lot number can be found in the Coin and Currency Discussion Board on eBay.

    Actually the cert number is for a real coin, just not the one shown.

    You'll soon be seing a lot more counterfeit slabs with all typs of names on them. Several dealers I know say they are appearing all over the place. Used to be you'ld have to worry about a coin being fake but now it's the fake coin in a fake slab. HMMMM. Wonder when we'll find a fake dealer.

    Seriously though, I think buying raw coins is the safer route to go right now. I like my coins raw anyway though.
