Do not get discouraged in your pocket change finds. If you like errors and varieties, continue to check your State and America the Beautiful quarters. Many of my finds have been from circulation and many were in very nice condition. Die chips, cracks and doubled dies are all still to be found. Though most are not worth a whole lot, some are worth a small premium over face. It's the thrill of the hunt and eventual find that keeps you going. On your question of sending to Wexler, I would not, unless it is associated with a doubled die on the same coin and then may be a stage variety of a doubled die. But always check his site first before sending anything to make sure it is not already there, thus avoiding his attribution costs.
Thank you Sir , I'm such an novice I'm not sure how to reply on advice matters. It just goes to show how easy "cointalk" is!
Believe me it's not easy all the time. But it helps you understand. Sometimes peoples view on what things are might clash with each other, but you get a better idea on what something's might be. I get things confused and it's work to understand some of it.
