It is strictly against eBay rules to charge more for Paypal users: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-surcharges.html if you expand the section "Some Examples", it clearly says that Not permitted: Charging an extra fee to use PayPal. P.S. What metal crystal is in your avatar?!
:secret:My avater is lab grown BISMUTH. The crystal forms do occur in nature but these lab grown ones can be stunning in their colors and intricate designs. I had some displayed on a mantle in my home but someone took it. I got it from a Gem & Jewelry show about 20 years ago.
NO!!!! you cannot impose a surcharge for using PAYPAL,. This seller is is in the wrong. Take my word for it, or look up Ebay terms and conditions. For a first offense, the seller will be admonished by Ebay, if they have a complaint on record and investigate the auction(s).
