    Hey guys I wanted to get your opinion on this, 20170713_103510.jpg 20170713_103555.jpg 20170713_103314.jpg I've never ran across one of these and it doesn't appear to be a PMD and I'm sure you guys maybe have seen this before I appreciate it thanks.

    It looks like someone shot it with a BB gun (with the coin against a hard surface) or used some sort of punch and hammer to cause the damage. It's PMD!

    If it was a test mark there would be no damage to the other side due to the fact that they test a planchet not a stamped coin.
