It was graded 69 by NGC, so he "submitted" it to SGS hoping for a 70.. and didn't get it! ha ha!

But how do you REALLY feel about it....?

 

I guess the thing that gets me the most is that all of these people that offer overgraded coins from unreputable third party graders and do other unscrupulous things are out to make money. If they would actually try to make a legitimate business and really tried to grade properly and provide accuracy and consistency, etc., they could probably make a lot more money and have something they could be proud of!
