1938 D Buffalo GTG

I have been building a set of these for about the past year and a half.
For me I just have a hard time passing them up.
This guess the grade, can be worth three points

That really looks like an RPM. MS67 unless the die-state holds it back.

I like this one and think it's a nice lustrous example that is under graded by 1-1.5 points.

 

I had already bought 3 coins and paid. I was on my way out when the holder caught my eye, the dealer actually took back one of the coins, so I could buy it!

 

Nice coin and a nice dealer! Win-win!

 

In this instance, in the past he has accused me of cherry picking his stock, because I asked for a better price for a multiple coin purchase.

If he only new, that it was an RPM I would have had to pay more than a premium for the holder.

 

Well then at least it's a win for you this time!

A lot of these are graded MS-66, and I see no reason why this one would not be.
