I'm new to this so My pics aren't that good! 66 quarter and it's missing half the letters and numbers all the way around it on both sides. No collar on it and I'm wondering if it's made like this or normal wear and tear? What do y'all think?
Well-worn. That baby's seen 51 years of circulation, is all. Worth a quarter. Kind of fun to see one that's done its job for half a century, though. I remember when you wouldn't see clads looking like this - just the silver ones.
