Your title.............gradex? Do you mean graded? Based on those photos, I don't know if it would be worthwhile.

Honestly though, in my opinion (this is probably just me) i collect alright examples of pennies that are copper, just incase the govornment allows the melting of copper pennies, i dont keep them for their copper, i believe after a long period of time after a law like that is passed where the copper coins can be melted down, they will be very much harder to find much like the silver quarters/war nickels. i keep them, because i hope for collectors to want them later when examples like this will be very hard to find.

and i have to tell you this, your penny is brown, and very well circulated. Red cent i believe are referring to RED BU penny (BU meaning brilliant uncirculated) ALSO meaning it must be next to near perfection... i understand what you are thinking though and i have been there myself

19059412_10156222680083452_3361344185338970433_n.jpg This is Red penny! These are about a buck a piece due to the fact a lot of them were made in High production quantity.. You would be more apt to send a penny with low mintage, that is in about AU (almost uncirculated condition or better, ( like a 1909 S VDB (1only half million made), 1931 S (under a million)
But i would think a coin like that would sell it self without the grade a lot quicker than with the grade, cause with the grade usually comes higher prices, and not a lot of people are willing to spend a lot of money of low mint years, in hopes they find it?

Try using a white backgroud to take photos on. Your coin looks the same color as your brown table. We can only judge from what we see in your photos.
