Herod the Great 2–Prutot & ? about Coin Dealer

Has anyone purchased from Zach Beasley of Beast Coins recently?
I tried to visit his VCoins site the other day but it is no longer available. Here is the latest of my purchases from him which was near the end of March. He has a great inventory of Biblical related coins and consignment coins from famous collections. I sent an enquiry to VCoins but have not received a reply yet. I'm curious if any of my CoinTalk ancients forum friends know if Mr. Beasley is still selling coins. I was planning on purchasing from him.

I enjoy his Vcoins "This Week in History" and other articles and hope he continues those efforts.

 

I didn't see Beast either. Hookmoor also seems to be gone. Maybe VCoins retailers just come and go.

 

Zach is one of the administrators on V coins and he answered a query about V coins just a few weeks ago, so he's still involved in the hobby.

 

I understand that Zach is now Senior Numismatist in the ancients department of Heritage Auctions in Dallas. He is still helping out with Vcoins admin a bit, but will be transitioning out. Not sure whether he will be continuing his activities as a dealer.

 

Thank you for the information, Severus Alexander! He had a couple of Judaean coins that I'd like to buy from his VCoins site. I'll try to contact him using an old email that he sent me last year.

 

You are most welcome! I think he's still receiving mail at his vcoins address, so that should work.

 

Shame to see Zach not sell anymore. Some better coins of mine are from him.
