    I know this is the world coins forum, but since you guys are interested in Cuban currency, you may appreciate seeing these bills. I've almost thrown them in the garbage a few time as I don't care much about these (even though I'm Cuban) but I've kept them around anyway. So at this point I think they are safe.

    All were gifts from my Cuban family members. My investment was $0. As I don't collect notes they've always been the oddballs of my collection.

    Great responses in this thread. I really like Cuban coins and have collected some nice peso coins from shops and shows over the last 10 years. Even found a 1937 peso for cheap at a shop and it's a rare one. eBay is ridiculous on their Cuban coin policy. Great notes by the way.
