    inval-parijs.jpg Its a commerative medal by famous german engraver Karl Goetz , the german army parading on the Champs Elysees in Paris, Arc de Triomphe in the background.
    reads: a parade in Paris June 14th 1940.(Germany victory over France WW2)

    other side: german helmeted eagle over french rooster, banner with swastika. saying: (the)German guard in France
