I bought some expensive coins and banknotes from a charity auction on ebay.
Included were several collector books and some graded notes.
I took a gamble but it paid off.
I paid £230 and what I wanted is worth around £1850
The rest and the books were a bonus.

These Icelandic notes were among the lot, two have been graded and I understand what the grading means.
However there were several more that had typed and hand written references on them from the previous collector.
I only have the 2008 Standard Catalog of World Paper Money and desciptions don`t match.

I understand Sig is Signature but the rest is a mystery.

Can one of you expert banknote guys decipher the writings and possibly give me an upto date catalog value, they are all uncirculated.
    TIA

On that P37, SCWPM shows P37a "buff paper" and P37b "white paper", so presumably that what that one note is referring to. Also in specialized catalogs (ie, not SCWPM) it is common to note a variety difference if the serial number goes from 6 digits to 7 digits, which is why I suspect those are noted. I also expect that those "B701" numbers may be from that specialized catalog that you don't have, while the P numbers are of course Pick.

As to P15r being a remainder, those are extra un-released notes, and in this case Pick notes that you can tell because it only has the one signature versus two.

That looks like some nice specialty stuff!
