There is another sub-B type recently discovered and attributed. The difference in it and the normal B is with the top arrow. I'm guessing they are reasonably scarce. B1 or something like that.
Not a Type C. Type C is the coin on the right in the picture, compared to one like yours on the left. Look at the tail feathers.
His two pictures aren't really good enough to tell if there are two or three arrows above the leaf, much less anything else. Need to see the E and S in STATES. Probably an A.
