I have a question for you guys and gals on this coin I've run across dye chips especially on some of the older coins but this one has three different dye chips B E 5 how rare is that
You know one time I posted a thread and I used die and I was told that I was wrong spelling it that way because that's spelling was in terms of death
Forrest thru the trees, looks like DDO and most likely a BOV. Not 100% sure since you haven't provided good up close pix, but, it has the right shapes.
Appreciate that I'm still working on the angle of the camera and the lighting. I know lighting means a lot when you're trying to take those pics.
If it is one of 3 or 4 BOV's, with that fantastic BIE, you gotta winner and the BIE is pretty darned good on its own.
Best of Variety. Notice the notching at the tail of the 9 and how fat all the devices are, especially the 957, the peculiar G and the notching top left of the W.... and several other clues. Sir, I don't recall your ever being anything remotely coming off as obnoxious although I'm aware some think I am despite my being as harmless as, well, an ordinary fool.
Maybe it was a Limey that told you that. They'll also tell you to drive on the wrong side of the road. Chris
Well I had just started and got corrected on it so I thought well that's the way the coin forum work. So I just went along with it but now I've been corrected. So now I know the right way to say it thanks a lot.
Positive vibes from you, good attitude and a willingness to learn and broad shoulders. All a must to survive the occasional storms here.
Wassup with the kum by yah huddle? Did I miss something tragic? Seems to me you posted an obvious die break cent and found out it likely is a bit better than that.
I got two of those for that year and I think someone showed me they had two die chips for that year as well. I keep them cause they are different and something to show. Very common. I don't have the bie in liberty, hope to find that one though hah I think it's a cool coin.
