Far from super rare but certainly a cool die state. The common 1834 O-115 was severely retooled and some more were struck giving its unique characteristics (soft letters on reverse and nearly zero denticles). Little auction records above VF as an obscure coin. Think $300 is fair value?
Looks like it was cleaned a bit though. But honestly it looks like a slight blakesley effect from the coin not being struck at an even plain. If that makes sense.
