Let's not be so harsh here. It's a heads/heads roll so we've ruled out those two. Good chance that coins 2 through 49 are DDO though. I'd value it at $305. Think the seller would take that offer? Ooops, typo, meant $3.05.
Back in the 50's, I don't remember getting any pennies that were fresh from the mint packaged in anyway but in $50 bulk bags. The bank roll may have been made from searched pennies. If I was a collector, as this guy seems to have been, my curiosity would have peaked in the 60's and 70's when the DD 55's reached $100.
