I picked up this Hadrian Neptune today. Always wanted one and it seems like they come in either crappy or very nice condition (much like the Diana type, also on my list). This one is right in between crappy and nice, and thus very much in my budget. Honestly I cant imagine it didn't go for more. Really was a bargain in my mind.

BTW, its only the third coin I have bought for myself this year!

A very worthy coin for donning your 'collectors' cap. Proof that a 'fine' coin can be superb.

I dont mind worn or otherwise flawed coins. Just that they have eye appeal (at least appeal to me, anyway!).

Beautiful! Lots of eye-appeal. It's just seen honest circulation.

Hadrian's portrait in this one reminds me of Jay Leno on a good hair day.

Hair-wise, yes. But chin-wise, as far as looking like Jay Leno goes, you can't beat Maximinus Thrax!
