Propaganda in coins/ Cool Decius

    This coin is very interesting to me because of its propaganda aspect. On the front it depicts Carinus, while still prince, or Caesar. It shows him in military clothing, some armor can be seen, connecting him to his father Carus, and stating he will be of equal greatness. On the back it depicts him being handed the world by Carus, indicating he will continue his legacy, and is of equal greatness. Above, it states Virtus Augg, indicating how he is of great virtue, just like his father.

    Edit: I mean Cool Carinus, not Decius
