Apparently, Willy, you have no knowledge of what a broadstrike is. I don't have the time or inclination to teach you, but you'll find a treasure trove of information on Google.
Maybe it's my reasonable mood this evening that's keeping me from moving on, but a broadstruck coin is struck without a collar, so the planchet spreads noticeably during the strike. The examples you posted obviously extend beyond the devices of the coin - yours does not. I feel, as others, that it is post mint damage. If you disagree, I suggest you submit it to NGC or PCGS and have them certify it. Broadstrike errors are typically more valuable than the cost of certification.
