What he means by that is that it could of been a Cent that somehow was caught between the wall and the dryer barrel. It tumbles and spins around many times affecting the Rim of any coin that is trapped :yack:
(I'm not saying that your Cent is a Dryer Coin just giving the explanation ;))

I agree with the above, dryer coin.
Also your cent is a Philadelphia, not a Denver mint.

Can anyone explain the LIBERTY on Lincoln's beard (chin) ? I found it with a simple magnifying glass.

You didn't find it with a complicated magnifying glass, it doesn't count. Hahaha

Considering the last part of your post, I can only assume this to be a general question, meaning it's probably safe to say pareidolia the most likely explanation.

I don't see Jesus in the clouds or The Virgin Mary in my toast. I was simply stating that the word LIBERTY is clearly written on Lincoln's chin. I don't want it to be there, have no subconscious urge to see it there, am simply asking others what the hell i's doing there!

Well I certainly don't see it.
I will ask the OP @Fee to take a clearer brighter picture so you will see it's not there. It isn't even possible. That would be less than half the size of the original word LIBERTY.. I'm being honest here, not trying to be obnoxious.

If this is clearly the word LIBERTY to you then I need a better computer.. looks like small incused hits to me.

I tried to get best pics i can. I will say I was looking over it and it's bizarre coin. I see letters, numbers, and it also looks like signatures in cursive on parts. Not saying it is and no its not my subconscious but it's so bizarre.

I can't think of anyway this would be possible.
Edit. Not you paddyman98. I'm talking to those that are seeing words on Lincoln.
