There's a lot going on with this lc. Unknown year but appears as 194? But not wheat cent. You can clearly see Monticello In background help please

This is a copper coated zinc cent, so no earlier than 1982. You have a lot of zinc rot where the plating has lifted off, and BTW, that is the Lincoln Memorial, not Monticello.

I'm referring to Monticello's on obverse

It almost looks like it has been burnt to a crisp. I had no idea zinc rot could be so devastating.
I think it would be beneficial if you invested in an external macro lense, they're like 10 bucks at rite aid.

The Obverse is the front of the Cent
The Reverse of the Cent is the back of the coin which show the Lincoln Memorial building

A Nickel shows the Monticello building on the Reverse

If you are seeing the Monticello building on the Obverse, someone using a table vice could of impressed a Nickel onto it to create a incused image onto the Cent. The entire Cents looks to be Post Mint Damage.
    Not a Mint error

I believe this cent has what I call "volcanic" zinc rot.
