Believe it or not, I found this cent coin roll hunting....What is the best way to store this without it getting any damage, scratches , ect?
An inert safety flip, or, as already mentioned, an Airtite holder. That's an awesome coin roll hunting find. It is astonishingly well preserved for a proof that escaped into circulation. With a proof coin's surfaces being rather delicate, one would expect some hairlines. That baby looks like it was just cracked out of the proof set! Nice pictures. Congratulations!
PS- there are also the snaplock plastic 2x2 holders. If you don't wish to order those in quantity, you can probably pick a few up locally in a hobby store or in the collectibles section of larger chain bookstores like Books-a-Million or Barnes & Noble. But it looks like you already have it in a cardboard/Mylar 2x2? That would be fine, as long as the staples are crimped totally flat.
Thanks SchwaVB57 and Lordmarcovan for your advise....I was thinking about a plastic holder.....One of the few times I have guessed right I guess..... Yes, I could not believe my eyes when I saw that coin slide out of the paper roll holder....
