Is this PVC damage or something else

    Not familiar with PVC damage. Is the pic of the attached coin representative of PVC damage or something that I am just aware of?

    You can't always tell by looking at a picture. It could be, but it could also be natural toning.

    hard to tell, could be PVC or unusual natural toning.

    pvc damage usually casts a uniform green pallor over the coin, and if you run your fingernail over a spot it should come up, however looking at that picture, if it is accurate, from what I see that appears to be toning as opposed to pvc damage.
