Doesnt matter as much, with DMPL coins, i wouldnt call it chewed up either....
Have you looked at many slabbed examples?
They grade these on a curve

Could also be the pictures accentuating the hits. I would not buy from pictures like those.

 

U oughtta see the photos i bought from, much worse than this, but it matters not, i just stuck this in the mailbox as i traded it for a $500 toner

 

I guess in this case you buy the slab and not the coin.

 

Well, i sorta did, believe it or not but the toning is more of a negative than the hits are

 

I always thought this deserved better than a 64+.

 

If market grading is how i understand it to be, this should atleast get a + maybe higher (plus i just like posting it)
