    Theodosius Fine Style Seeker

    My first ever ancient coin was this Theodosius an aunt gave me when I was 12 or so. Took me years to figure out what it was and that it was real. That got me started on collecting ancient coins, which got me interested in ancient history, art and cultures. Without ancient coin collecting I doubt I would have had more than a passing interest in any of it. The coins make it real in a way nothing else does other than (I imagine) visiting ancient sites, which I have never been able to do.
