I just moved the word "much" to in front of "lower grade" is all. I'm willing to bet it's closer to 63/64 than 69. And I agree, double negs are appropriate with PGS and the likes.:)

I didn't even catch that. I bet we'll never see the coin anyway. :(

Yeah, I was afraid you had me pegged as a grammar cop. That would be the pot calling the kettle black....

If it was a 69, the dealer would have given away a silver dime or buffalo nickel instead.

Considering the highest grade PCGS or NGC has ever offered one of these is MS67....

Sounds to me like a "spender" in plastic.

I'm sorry I don't understand what you are saying. Do you mean that I have to pay with a credit card to watch the coin show?

Realizing my error, the podcast must be for listening only. I'm new at this.

at the risk of hijacking the thread, yes, it's an audio-only podcast

I clicked on this thread with excitement to see a PCGS certified MS69 58D Cent. Wow, what a coin that must be! Having never heard of PGS I thought the OP must have made a typographical error. I feel so gullible.

Don't feel bad. Think of the OP, who just decided to ignore the comments of this thread, and tucked the coin away instead of actually posting a pic for our opinions of the actual grade.

In fairness, I think he tucked it away before he posted the thread.

You are correct,(my bad) but out of pure curiosity, I'd like to see that coin.

I'm running to the bank in about a week or two. Maybe then?

But he did ask about the holder, not the coin. He didn't show the coin, did he? He said what's on the holder, and requested a value based on that, the holder. And he got what he asked for... ;)

I hope the OP did not pay for his raffle ticket.
