While searching hot sauce on Ebay, I came across this. Had to have it. My first token or whatever it is, just thought it was neat. Even neater, I was outbid...Item sold for $14.00, then I got a 2nd chance offer for my $4 bid, ouch, wait till the winner sees that !!
That's a pretty token, I use to live in Louisiana, in a town called Erath, deep Cajun Country.. For about 7 years I lived with those Cajuns, The nicest people in the world, I worked in a bar, where they all tried to teach me cajun french, never did learn much of it, because every parish spoke it a little different. They called me Boo when they weren't calling me Yankee..lol Anyway I lived about 4 miles from they have the Tabasco Plant, it's on an island where they use to mine salt. It's a really nice place to visit. I went there very often, Beautiful Island..The area is so deep in Cajun Country that the road signs are in French.. Neat place to live or visit, the cajuns have something going on in one parish or the other at least once a week.
