Hey everyone. I've come across this coin and it looks like a RPD to me. Also if it is an RPD could someone give me an approximate value? It is really visible on the last 9. All help is appreciated. upload_2017-6-11_14-29-16.png .

Anyway what would be an estimation of value if it is an RPD?

I would make a wild estimate of $100.00

The RPD adds nothing to the value on this coin. We need to see the reverse to grade it.

As others have said that the value would be on first grading the specimen both obv. And rev. Next at 11 K I'm seeing some green to what ever the extent that has progressed and if any is on the rev. I see also signs of cleaning . So until all of the above are addressed and what a variety collector would be willing to pay. There are 47 known varieties for the 89 IHC. Depending on which one this specimen could be would also determine value.
