Mint set packaging error

    I received a 2017 Philadelphia mint set that contained two George Rogers Clark Quarters but no Frederick Douglas Quarter. Anyone else seen such an error? Any idea if it is valuable?

    Packaging errors like this are not unusual, and they're not really worth a premium except to a bidiot.
