Great photo @Orfew . Is that a 12 Caesar set I see in the pile?

LOL, my daughter just noticed the other day that my beard is not red anymore... it is white now. When did THAT happen?

I don't have that problem. I've had white/gray hair since I was 17. I guess I've always been old. However, I don't recognize the old man staring at me in the mirror.

Fabulous collection! I love the cast bronzes, but I haven't managed to buy one yet. I came close yesterday but decided condition wasn't quite good enough. Top of the wish list. How do you store the huge ones? That's my other concern. I don't want to have to keep them away from my coins. It would by a nice problem to have, anyway.

LOL, sometimes I have an odd dream where I am asked to fill in a position during an American Football game... except at my age and body disposition now... I get terrified that I am going to get destroyed.

LOL, ok, wierd sharing moment over with. :)

Yes indeed. It is scattered around a bit, but they are all there. Nicely spotted!

I am lucky that the largest coins, the Maria Theresa and the Napoleon, both fit into 2X2 Saflips. There get stored in the red box with the rest of my 2X2s.

@Nerva and @Orfew everything has a solution. I ordered some of these from China.

Although I got them to hold spade coins, they should be able to hold larger bronze coins or even artifacts just fine. Just keep them next to your red boxes with the rest of your coins.

    Great "collage" shots!

The only time I've done this (and didn't keep the photos) was with my detector finds.

For now, I have my treasures in two Safety Deposit Boxes. I bought a couple of Abafil cases with trays. I leave the trays in the SDBs. The large pieces I have a larger tray / box with padding similar to the trays.

Carausius Brother, can you spare a sestertius?

I use them, I don't collect them. Mine are also internal filling. I considered collecting them at one point, but never really got going. I have a book on the subject somewhere.

@Orfew Seiya Japan is having a sale on SARB017, the Seiko Alpinist (Japan-only model). Hands down my favorite Seiko watch, and a great gentlemen's sports watch.

    https://www.seiyajapan.com/collections/seiko/products/s-sarb017

I just bought one. This is the third time in my life I buy the SARB017. The first one I gifted to a friend after he complimented me on how the watch looked on my wrist, the second I gifted to a cousin when he also commented on how nice the watch looked. I'll try to actually wear this one this time and avoid gifting it. It's getting tiresome having to buy the same watch multiple times.

@Sallent That is a beauty, and one I have looked at before. Thanks for posting it. My wrist size is between 8 1/4 and 8 1/2 inches in diameter and so a 38 mm watch just will not do. It would look very small on me. My Omega is 49 mm. Anything less than 42 mm looks ridiculous on my wrist.

Wow, and I thought my wrist at 7 1/4 was huge. Yeah, if I had your wrists I'd aim for 42+ mm too.
