Yeeehaaa!! => yup, I scored "4" more new coins today ... and this is number #1

I laughed when TIF & Mentor mentioned that they'd seen a stevex6 coin in the auction ... and yah, I admit that I am drawn to coins with this coin-fabric

=> who doesn't love the looks of these sweet BCD beauties, right?

    ... anyway ...

I didn't have a coin from Pharkadon, so it was a no-brainer (I love adding examples to my Thessaly city collection)

Ummm, I love it!! ... I sure hope that you guys see the coin-appeal as well ...

The coin is great, but that reverse is phenomenal. No Phark it here.

I consider it a good sign when we see things an think of each other. In this case, I liked the coin but knew Steve would like it more than I would so bidding on it would accomplish nothing. What Steve did not say is that I advised against another choice he made and Clio ended up buying it. I feel so stupid because I usually see why Clio goes for a coin and often feel Steve pays more that I would (he has a job, I don't). Watching friends buy nice coins is a sub-hobby and a much cheaper one at that!

Very cool, Steve! I didn't go through today's auction thoroughly and missed that one completely. Neat find :).

I have a couple from Pharkadon, also ex BCD, to add to your thread.

    A lovely hemidrachm...
