What do you grade it?

    Star 10 looks recut as well. Would that change the obverse #?

    Star #10 isn't recut. Just the stars I listed. Remember there are only 4 obverse dies. There also placement that falls into play . Stars point to denticals , and points to specific areas ,that determines the obv.
