It's in pretty bad condition. I have several hundred medals in my collection, but personally, I wouldn't want this for any price. You might try to contact Hedley Betts at www.medalsoftheworld.com . He is very knowledgeable about British medals. Chris

Whatever someone will pay for it. Seriously, though: not very much in that condition, but it's got a neat design. Was pretty apparently someone's "pocket piece" for a while. It could still be used as such today.
