Oh well. Their loss. A conditional "rarity" with 85 extant examples (with that number guaranteed to rise) does not justify $2000 IMO. 1893 PR-62 Morgan? Now we're talking.
Agreed! Plus there are multiple sales below $2000. This NGC 64 dpl sold for under $1000 with the buyer's fee https://coins.ha.com/itm/a/1251-4966.s This PCGS 64 dmpl with CAC (looks like a better example) sold for $1,645 https://coins.ha.com/itm/a/1254-4484.s
So presenting facts = ignore? Debate is part of this forum. I respect your opinions and your evidence. However, I have not been convinced by what you have stated and have shown examples from credibe sources that counter your points. I will continue to read what you post, but will refrain from further comment. Hopefully that will make things more peaceful.
Woof, these coins have been juiced so bad I could make a pitcher of margaritas. Here's a DMPL Morgan with true black-and-white. She doesn't need any help to look great! (If you want some really quality DMPLs, check out Don Rinkor - great guy, great coins)
