A cheap way to make a ring. I made a few "rings" of cull wartime nickels, and cull Standing Liberty Quarters, but real silver is more desirable to make rings than clad I would suppose.
My first thought was that it was "spooned" as well, but after seeing the lack of detail in the legend and central devices, I would say that this was a dryer coin, too. Chris
I agree on dryer coin, spooned does not make sense to me personally. How would anyone make a spooned coin out of a dime? im a big guy and my fingers are big so I cant say much about spooned coins but I've never met anyone that can wear a spooned dime lmao.
