Very generous gesture for sure. I have long enjoyed this part of the forum and sadly have little to show for ancients. But please include my name as I truly appreciate the history behind all of the ancients. My best friend in Florida also loves ancient history and wants so badly to visit Rome someday but is pretty much disabled. I told him if I ever won the lottery I would take him their with me. It's on both our Bucket Lists.

I sincerely hope that you and your friend get to go to Rome. It is an amazing experience. Being able to touch the aqua Claudia in the forum is just one of many irreplaceable experiences to be had.
