I discovered these in circulation and their very shiny condition caught my attention... Any idea what they're worth and if they're worth keeping? Thanks.
Hey I know all the coins are worth saving, and I know for sure that the'68 is a proof! (Maybe $2 a piece)
The 1968 s is the first year since 55 that all three MMs were used again I believe. Quite a few total. 1968 s was for the most part a well struck coin and have held up pretty well. You have album coins but nothing much more. Enjoy them, they are very nice for circulated coins
Maybe 10 cents each. But no one buys memorials for 10 cents. Def. not a proof. I would keep them. Just to look at from time to time.
Looks like a good start to a memorial cent collection. I'm assuming that you are not a coin collector, but I'll volunteer to send you a book to keep them in if you keep it going and try to fill it up. A nice set when it's done. Here's the early part my set with proofs.
The old memorials are all common in BU except the '60 sm dt. A lot of the '70 and later coins have premiums in BU with the most expensive regular issues being '84 to '86.
