Got this a few months ago in a barber quarter lot (was told it was a clipped planchet when I bought it), I'm leaning towards this being PMD. But I'm not sure, was wondering if you guys think this is PMD or a clipped planchet. I tried to find some examples of some clipped barber quarters but couldn't seem to find any, found an example of a dime though. Regardless, if this is just damage...I only paid 20$ for the lot of 5 barber quarters. Thanks for looking .
