I'll give you a hint: I believe the obverse is the goddess Tyche and the reverse is some kind of statue. I believe if you search along those lines you'll find it.
Kirk, No pics handy right now but I have a similar Roman provincial with Geta on the obverse and a very similar reverse. Yours may be Artemis Ephesia, a very interesting godess... I'm away from my records right now but believe yours might be from Acrasus in Lydia.
Bing is correct-- Artemis Anaïtis, but the coin is from Hypaepa in Lydia. You can make out a good portion of the city name on the reverse. YΠAIΠHNΩN You can find one like it in Wildwinds.
