1922 Lincoln

    This may be wishful thinking but I think I see 1922. Probably just me imagination. Does anyone else see anything?

    I'd like to agree with you - I kind of see it. But in all practicality, there's no way that could be represented as a 1922 with that much wear on the date.

    I don't see anything. But if you have the coin in hand, if you use a very strong light ( I use my sunlamp 3x 450 watts) and an eye loupe, and tilt the coin around in your hand, sometimes you can see the date.
    I used to work as an inspector for a coated glass company. When you shine a bright light on something, all of the tiny defects appear.
    This works with coins that have difficult dates to read. No one else will be able to see it, but sometimes you can actually see the date that is impossible in normal light.
