Anyone know of this error on a 1969 D Penny?

This penny has an "O" Stamped on the reverse . Anyone know what this is or how much it could be worth? I havent sent in for grading yet.

Are you referring to the dark spot? Or to the Indirect Design Tranfer above the
word "ONE"?

 

The spots are corrosion.
Second one at the point of the C.

 

its actually an O stamped into it .. thats what I am talking about

I am not seeing it can you take a close up of the area in question?
Maybe orient the coin?, I get dizzy trying to look sideways.

 

Stamped like a tool used to countersink finishing nails.
