1988 Russian re-strike proof of the 1982 coin to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the USSR foundation. Mintage 55,000.

These two just posted at PCGS - the top, a 1981 Bulgaria 2 Leva proof, came back PR67DC. The bottom, a 2016 Cook Islands $5, came back PR69DC. The mask on the reverse of the latter is actually painted white, which I didn't realize until I had the coin in hand when I bought it raw. The Guy Fawkes motif is used on another $5 coin for 2017 with a slightly different design.

For what it's worth, both are TOP POP, but given the amount certified (2 for the 2 Leva, 1 for the $5), I'm not too impressed by this.

I won the bid on this 10 korona in the Heritage auction last night. I already have an MS64 example for my type set, but this one is PL. NGC is rather strict with the PL designation on world coins, especially for gold, so I'm expecting this to have nice contrast with sharp mirrors in hand.

I've been working on my Hungarian sets for years and have seen plenty of this denomination, but I don't remember encountering a PL example before. I'm happy to have another of this type, since this is one of my favorite obverse and reverse designs.

GB proof double sovereign 2002 (Golden Jubilee of QEII). I've always loved the shield reverse.
