1956 Jefferson s?

    Howdy, could we see the obverse? Would guess you know there were no 1956 -s nickels minted. Thanks

    1954 was the last year for S nickels and then they started again in 1968.
    There is a 1955 D over S.
    But, if this is a 1956-S, the S is on the die which means hundreds of thousands of these were produced, and yet this is the first example discovered in over 60 years?

    You were correct. Any advice for guy starting out resources or anything of value far learning the ropes. Sure appreciate it so would mama got hundreds nickels on floor...lol. I included another coin I just found.
