    I'll go:
    1. MS65
    2. MS64 with a bump for toning.

The PCGS Rattler is probably labeled MS-64, but I would put it as a lock 65 today.

The PCI has some really cool toning. I bet it's labeled a 65.

Nice looking coins, they look like the types I like to come across. :)

I'm gonna say first one labeled a 64 even though based on pictures could be as high as 66. Second one gonna say 65 and love the look!

    66 (I can't see a single flaw)
64 (would earn a NGC star for being stunningly beautiful)

    PCGS--》65...could be a 66 today
PCI--》64...that one mark to the left of the nose keeps it out of a 65/66 holder

    Both are tremendous looking Morgans!

The two post are the very reasons you never pay attention to the writing on the slab!
I went through 3 boxes of slabs and pulled out these two. I had also picked out 2 H-10's . However it was now down to a choice.I didn't have enough $ for the half dimes and the Morgan's . Well that was a hard choice for a half dime collector . However the odds of the half dimes still being there when I return and these two.....we're in my favor .
I will post the grades later this evening . I think I did very well :)

Wow. If that rattler doesn't gold bean I'd fly to NJ and confront JA in person about how such a travesty could occur!
