This little lines in place of a legend remind me of my Sri Lanken imitation of a Roman Coin:
    01-SL-Anon-AE-RI-01.jpg
    Sri Lanka
    Anon. 5th C. A.D.
    AE Indo-Roman imitative, 13.12mm x 0.7 gram
Obv.: Bust right, with dots representing legend
    Rev.: Cross within wreath

What is the weight and size? As a brief glance through SCBC there is only one Anglo-Saxon coin that looks to have a swastika (802A). Obverse might fit, but it's a stretch.

interesting little coin! no idea what it is!

i'm with pellinore, swastikas are pretty common on indian coin and the bust looks pretty "easternish"....for lack of a better word. maybe indo-parthian? look at the coin here...
