    It's a Battle Creek Collection coin. (You can do a search on NGC's home webpage, and it should give you info about the collection). It's graded MS63*.

    I read about this collection. All star toners, or mostly.

    Thank you for the reply! I have read about the Battle Creek Collection. Some of the nicest toned Morgans came from that collection! It was certified by NGC and all the coins with a numeric grade have a star (part of the contract, from what I read). It is also said that the minimum grade for a star from NGC at the time was MS 63, so all Battle Creek coins lower than that are in "Uncirculated" holders with no grade and no star.
